Weekly Updates #34

Here is our weekly update. We included some Vine videos this time, let us know if you like them.

  • Philip worked on gameplay for our tech demo (thanks to Timo for more assets!) and improved various other stuff in the engine.
  • Marcus improved our procedural function system by allowing external expression resources to be used in other expressions, making the life easier for everybody who works on the terrain.
  • Kersten worked on mesh decimation for the terrain, improving rendering and physics performance.
  • Tobias is still working on our website. He will now also work on the launcher and deployment mechanisms of the engine.
  • Lukas implemented a first version of the GUI for our tech demo.
