Weekly Updates #29

Here is our weekly update.

  • Philip finished his work on the new terrain system. The terrain now looks better and is generated much faster. He is now working on a system using cellular automata for more sophisticated terrain generation.
  • Marc is working on multiplayer support. The terrain is already synchronized between clients.
  • Marcus implemented polymorphic functors for our expression system, which allow modular programming while preserving the fancy mathematical features like range prediction and analytical derivation of the expressions.
  • Tobias and Lukas are working on our new website.
